Harwood Union HS Drama presents its first all Virtual play: "10 ways to Survive Life in a Quarantine". If you're spending a long time at home, it can be a challenge to keep yourself occupied. Luckily, "10 Ways to Survive Life in a Quarantine" is full of handy solutions, from putting on a musical with your dog to becoming an announcer for a made-up sport, to falling in love with an inanimate object. Hey, we promised handy solutions - we never said they wouldn't be strange. Whether or not you're inspired to take up origami and squirrel observation, this flexible new play written by Don Zolidis especially for actors to perform online is sure to bring a laugh to anyone who finds themselves unexpectedly indoors.
This performance features Seniors Mo Wing and Winter Haberle, Sophomore Maddie Thibault, and Freshmen Abigail Leighty and Annie McMillion, as well as a few surprise guests! Tickets are $5, but there is also a donation option for those who would like to give more. All proceeds will go to the Harwood Drama program and help to make sure theatre stays strong at Harwood, even in these challenging times. It is Directed by Scott Weigand, with production help from Stefanie Weigand.
The show will stream from Thursday, December 3rd through Sunday, December 6. Once you purchase a ticket, you can stream it at any time during that window. To purchase tickets, go to https://huhs.anywhereseat.com/channel.php.
