New England Culinary Institute is now enrolling high-school students in two classes for Winter 2019
1) EXPLORING SUSTAINABILITY: PRACTICES IN PRESERVATION (January 7 – February 27)
2) SCIENCE CONNECTION (March 4 – April 27)
Both classes will be taught online by members of the NECI faculty and culminate in a full day on their campus on Saturday, April 6, when students will participate in a hands-on culinary class in the NECI tradition that has earned them the reputation of one of the best culinary colleges in the country.
Vermont students are eligible for a tuition voucher through the Agency of Education.
