School counselors:

Erin Dezell: edezell@huusd.org
Erin Dezell is returning as a school counselor at Harwood Union High School. Before becoming a school counselor, she worked for Up For Learning, a non-profit dedicated to empowering youth and adults to reimagine and transform education together. When she’s not in school, you’ll find Erin spending her summers volunteering at Camp Knock Knock, a family bereavement camp, adventuring in Vermont’s green mountains with her dog George, and perfecting her pie crust.

Maggie Weintraub: mweintraub@huusd.org
Maggie Weintraub is also returning for another year at Harwood Union High School. She has previously enjoyed roles as a school counselor at Burlington High School and Abington Junior High School (outside of Philadelphia). After school hours Maggie can be found chasing after her four year old daughter, hiking, alpine skiing, traveling and exploring new swimming holes.
Randy Sweeney: rsweeney@huusd.org
Randy Sweeney joined the team at HUHS this year coming from Vergennes Union High School where she was the middle school counselor. She lives in Shelburne with her husband, a dog and a cat who thinks she is in charge of all of the whole family. She has two sons - one who is in college and one who just graduated from college. Outside of work Randy enjoys: skiing, hiking, cooking & growing her own food, doing yoga, seeing live music, and playing the guitar.
